The Sims 3 Grim Reaper? - sims 3 how do you befriend with someone

Is it really possible for a child with the Grim Reaper in The Sims 3? If so, how? I know you can do it (make friends what to do yet have) But you marry and have children Grim Reaper? Or call normal?
