Vegetarian Muscle Building Vegetarian Muscle-building?

Vegetarian muscle-building? - vegetarian muscle building

I am a vegetarian, and I recently an agreement with my friend on a vegetarian, if I find a (cheap) way for him all the protein you need without eating meat to be given.
It tries to build muscles, so he says he needs 170 grams of protein per day ... Suggestions?

Bread, pasta, cereals, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts and seeds excellent sources of protein. If your appetite, do not process enough food to meet their goals of proteins, two or three protein shakes can help to achieve this goal.
