Recipe For Claxton Fruit Cake Any Long Time Cook's Suggestions For Dark Fruit Cake Success??!!?

Any Long time cook's suggestions for Dark Fruit Cake success??!!? - recipe for claxton fruit cake

HELLO! Years ago I had a fruit cake blacks was 100% successful, but with time and motion, could not find recipe, or was it four, or, you know. Other times, and so on. Yesterday I got a lot of 3 fruit cakes, one after the other, and each a little better ... but if the cooks time to really love a rich nutty flavor and full of dark fruit (but no alcohol), fruit cake, I would gladly continue. I have a low heat to 300 degrees and a long loaf pan, Bundt pan twice ... pan lined with wax paper and uses real butter ... But somewhere along the line of cakes are dry and brittle. Oh! light. Not cake and dark ...
The former bar Claxton fruit is not my ideal, I lean more on fruit cake Collins of Texas ... or better, just wet and full of nuts and all kinds of fruit, lots of cherries, slices are almost as small windows .... Suggestions appreciated. I have to try the ingredients of fruit, one last time this year!
Blessings and Merry Christmas to all. Thank you for your time!
It is a gift!
